NFSmith engaged as project co-ordinator for a financial institution in relation to two equity fund raisings totalling £35M.
The role involved co-ordinating the interface between the client team and the external legal team to ensure all documentation was produced to allow the fund raising to commence in a £100 million fund.
The remit was extended with NFSmith drafting the Information Memorandum and Due Diligence pack to relieve bottle-necks.
CASE STUDY 2
A major PLC was faced with an immoveable and imminent deadline requiring the production of over 7,000 documents within a two week window. NFSmith co-ordinated the process and took a hands-on approach to the successful delivery of the documentation on time.
